Here at ChiaCharge.ch we enjoy our chia products in the stunning mountains that surround us - they are truly perfect on a longer ski-tour. There is nothing like the reward of a ChiaCharge Original flapjack on the summit - it replaces the salts lost on the way up and is a great (easy to eat) recharge of 370Kcal to power the explosive exertion/fun of the decent.
(and a Banana-mini helps at any time when the going gets tough!)
We also find them a great product for down-hill MTB - once the ascent is done you don't want to sit around eating a 3 course lunch, but you do need to get a recharge in!
Our protein packed nut butters, raw seeds and protein bar make for great recovery meals. They also form a really tasty (natural) addition to a protein rich diet for Cross-fit training.
